Mornings you keep.

Daybreak wakes you with an alarm you turn off by getting up, then walks you through your routine one step at a time.

Daybreak's Today screen: your week as an arc across the night sky, and an evening wind-down card with a puppy beside a progress bar and a Continue button.

A morning, minute by minute.

Off only once you’re up.

Stop the alarm and Daybreak asks for one small thing: start your routine, solve three easy sums, or do ten push-ups or twenty squats, counted on your phone. Skip it and the alarm rings again a minute later.

Alarms need iOS 26 or later.

The wake-up check after the alarm: a puppy says good morning, a timer says the alarm rings again in 57 seconds, and three choices: start my morning, solve 3 sums, or do 10 push-ups.

One step at a time.

Your routine fills the screen a step at a time. A photo, a short video, counted reps, a timer or Apple Health confirms the steps you might fudge. All of it runs on your iPhone, and photos never leave it.

A rep check for ten push-ups: a puppy above instructions to prop the phone up so your whole body is in view, and a Start counting button.

Someone’s glad you did.

Pick a puppy, kitten, fox, penguin, bunny or fish and give it a name. It cheers when you finish, keeps your streak on your Home Screen, and never nags.

The You’re Up screen: the puppy jumps as confetti falls, with a Start my morning button.

Tomorrow starts tonight.

Set up your first morning in about a minute.
